DAKOTA RESOURCES (DAK ASE)

Dakota is finishing up legal work this week and possibly next week. New
management is determined to turn this one around. Fastway continues to
surpass earning estimates, additional buy outs are planned using cash flow
generated by Fastway.

BUY LOW SELL HIGH RECOMMENDS DAKOTA!!

They predict DAK, with the buy out of Fastway and GL Fabrications could see
earnings of 7cents. This could increase if they purchase two other
companies that they are negotiating with. Earnings of 7 cents with a
multiple of 15 = $1.05/share.

The critical step is the completion of buying out Fastway, the rest will
fall into place.

Hi Jamie,

Been out of the loop for a bit. Looks like the Iraq thing is settled for the time being. I don't think it would have effected DAK unless it turned into a long drawn out war. Would be different if we were a producer. DAK's share price seems to have solid support in the low twenties, perhaps failed deals in the past are still haunting us. Once we get the cash flow established and can produce some decent quarterlies, our share price will start to appreciate. Might take some time though, seismic activity will be slowing down for spring break-up and the low crude price isn't helping any either. We may have to be patient for a little longer. All things considered, we have some great fundamentals going for us, and '98 should be our come-back year. Best of luck,

Leonard
