I have been an investor in Valence for over 5 years. I remember clearly the announcement of the MOT contract and the run up to over $20. Selling by insiders angered stockholders who then began a class action suit. I was not a participant in that action and did not support it. I am only stating that to continue to mislead shareholders is not good business and opens the posibilty for another suit. The remedy is simple....keep shareholders informed. Knowing full well that production delays were probable 2 months ago and continuing to state 1Q98 production is unethical, and does nothing to enhance shareholder value.

BTW....10 days ago when I was considering adding to my position, I called IR. They told me that production was in fact on track for 1Q98. I did my due diligence. I acted not on rumor or greed but on what I assumed was reliable information. The unpleasant truth is that Valence mislead me.
