Eric,
Sounds like you have never worked with PV's.
If you can afford it, by all means set up some "spare PVs" that collect up solar energy that is reflected from the water.

Then make up bullshit stores about how those PVs are delivering more than their rated maximums for power delivery.

Just don't expect someone like me to believe them.
