Yeah, then add this to your script. The bums we've renamed so many times (homeless is now "unhoused") to make being a drunken or drugged "street person" less of a stigma are allowed to have pets! My "outdated" belief is if you can't take care of yourself, then you shouldn't have kids OR pets and they should be removed until the person has shown they can care for both themselves and others. Silly me... if they had a thread of honesty, it would be called "The Department of Indoctrination" and stop pretending they are helping educate people to compete with China.
