Evidently your several infections has degraded your ability to see, or even read a link. You are totally clueless. I get tested at the University of Washington School of Medicine every month for antibody's. They draw blood from my arm. I'm part of a volunteer program to test the continued efficacy of vaccines. I've not been infected with COVID-19 so far.

Vitamin D. Most people in the Northern Hemisphere suffer a deficiency from it during the winter and this makes you liable to viral infections and your immune system protection is lowered. I take 250 mcg (10,000 IU) of Vitamin D3 daily, along with 200 mcg of Vitamin K2 MK-7 to make sure the D3 goes where it's needed. Recent test showed my D3 blood level at 75.7 ng/mL, right where it should be. Like you, I seldom get sick (no COVID, no mRNA "vaccine" shots, no masks, no lockdown) and just shake my head at all the hysterical reactions to this Wuhan virus. People who disapprove of my personal choices can pound sand. If and when I do feel under the weather, I stay at home so as nt to spread any bugs around.

I don't take vitamins, I have never caught covid, I don't get the flu either, maybe its the beer I drink
