As I said before I feel strongly that MEME has allot of potential. The share issue is something I take very seriously when investing in BB'S. This Company is not looking to dilute it's stock by issuing shares, all that does is screw us as shareholders. 70% held by insiders tells you something USBL holds 80% of their stock also has a small float. Eutro really pissed me off with the leakage of the 50 Million but I feel it will do just fine when it is worked out, if any fair portion of those shares are recovered watch OUT.

All I know is that MEME is going to market with their product, which seems to be much better than the competition. They are planning to come to Dallas to demonstrate there product this coming Monday and will share what I absorb in regards to their product. I am eagerly waiting for more news on this Company and the completion of their Web Site.

Also when this Company makes a news announcement it's not garbage like intent to acquire, may acquire ect..... you will find that their news releases are informative and makes a statement rather than an assumption. The same goes for USBL that's what separates the quality BB'S from the crappy ones.

Also many Companies won't inform shareholders of how many shares they issue when they acquire a Company, oh yes they label the shares as restricted, restricted or not it effects the value of a stock dilution is dilution no matter how you cut it. I know of one Company that issued 800,000 preferred and each share comes with 35 shares of common and 50 warrant's that totals 68 Million shares, that's how they acquire what they acquire, yes it is restricted but it is dilution no matter what way you cut it.

We still got a ways to go in this one and because of the float it can skyrocket.

Cheers
