Well, maybe you are right and DBCO should not sell to Eco immediately. With the cash crunch that DBCO now has and the creditors waiting at the door, maybe it would be better to wait until DBCO goes under and Eco can get them really really cheap like they did with MM Industra.

In 1996 MM Industra cost Eco just $10 mill or so in shares, I believe (pulled out of bankruptcy). And in 1998, they are expecting $10 to $15 mill in earnings from them.
