That's interesting, ig. I think my notion was also due to the old saying I've gone by, Vitamins in the day, minerals at night.

Sorry if I'm repeating myself on the board, but I remember one time taking B6 before bed because I was having some ulnar impingement symptoms. The effect was unpleasant. I had non-stop vivid dreams that were so intense I felt wore out when I woke up.

I don't recall what the dosage was, maybe it turns out it was too high. Nevertheless, I'm gun shy now about taking vitamins later than early afternoon.

FWIW, I've been taking various amounts of D3 for many years and sleep like a baby. I've never had trouble sleeping other than a couple years of dealing with prostate issues. Once I got that fixed, back to great sleeping.

BTW, I ordered the K2 you recommended, but got it for much less at Walmart. I bot 2 bottles to save the shipping costs, and with tax the 2 bottles were only $10 over the single from Amazon. Thanks again for setting me straight about K2 and calcium control. Keeping an eye on this going forward.
