In Canada each Province has its own Health Officer as well as the Federal one. Most Canadian have been vaccinated for all the childhood diseases. older Folks got the Polio vaccine but missed out on the newer ones. as a Kid I got the measles, mumps and every damn flu that came around.

Or have each state create its own equivalent of the CDC Our disphit Washington State governor said exactly that when the first covid vaccine was ready - because Trump worked to get it to market quickly. Trump bad...we have to do our own study.
