President, Ira A. Monas, has expressed that due to the Myriad acquisition as well as other considered acquisitions, and preparing to file Form 10 with the SEC to become a fully reporting company, it became necessary to push back the originally reported date. An announcement will be made Monday, February 23 at 10:00 A.M.
