Oh...absolutely…there are unwanted dogs and cats all over the world. That particular article was about the tragedy unfolding at the Southern border of the U.S., and it certainly opened my eyes. I wish the article had specified what outfits are working to help these poor animals. I might have sent a donation. Sometimes I wish I could go back to the naivety of my youth, when I trusted humanity and was unaware of how cruel people can be.
