Larry; You might be right, however if they rely on others to report this, and then say nothing themselves except "we are trying to get a better yield, and we are confident we will soon succeed", etc etc, that will forestall any legal stuff. In addition if they do trick Intel those who stayed the course will be happy. I know there are a sea of shareholder lawsuits out there, if the stock goes up/down there are always those who try to get a legal derivative to ensure a profit. Legal derivatives, now thats a good new term.

By the way that URL I posted earlier works now, their index files pointed to nowhere. Fixed now. Good free benchmark software.
