That's why he chose not to settle with Carroll in the defamation lawsuit. He chose not to settle with Carroll because he didn't rape her and he didn't defame her. Would you give me a couple million bucks if I accused you of something and then, when you denied it, I sued you for defamation? That's why he chose not to settle in the civil fraud case. He even declined a jury trial just to lie about being "denied a jury trial." This statement proves to me that you didn't read the judge's decision. The judge explained in detail why Trump was not entitled to a jury. Trump never declined one and never lied about being denied one. You have a habit of making grand proclamations without knowing the facts. And those ignorant proclamations serve to reinforce your opinions on matters, especially about Trump.
