Bill,
As far as which republican has the best chance to win, the issue is moot. Trump won the nomination. By a lot.
You're still not being honest with yourself.

Let's go back to 2008. When the Republicans nominated John McCain, he was supposed to be the "moderate maverick" who could defeat Barack Obama.

He lost.

Fast-forward to 2012. When the Republicans nominated Mitt Romney, he was supposed to be the "moderate" with a proven track record who could defeat Barack Obama.

He lost.

Both of them have been labeled "RINOs" in hindsight. Both of them have been labeled as "not conservative enough" and "weak political fighters."

Fast-forward to 2016. Republicans have had it with Obama's leftist agenda and the rise of woke politics (before it was even called "woke"). They didn't want yet another establishment candidate who was deemed to have the best chance at defeating the Democrats.

Hence the voters went for Trump.

And despite what the polls said, Trump ended up unexpectedly winning.

However, after four years of seeing how Trump was, the country has had enough and ended up voting for the ultimate "establishment" candidate.

And he ended up being a senile mess, while his running mate was proof that "checkbox candidates" are even worse when it comes to actually doing the job.

That's where Nikki Haley comes in. Most people don't want to see Trump vs. Brandon II, but Nikki can't break through the Trump cult. To them, she's just another "establishment" candidate like McCain and Romney. RINOs, as the Trump cultists love to say.

So instead, the cultists nominate Trump again, hoping for yet another 2016 miracle.

Forget the polls, because the polls also predicted Trump would lose in 2016.

Forget what the mainstream media is saying, even when they report on the facts. Trump will save us! Trump will figure it all out! Trump! Trump! Trump!

The rest of us can see what an UTTER EMBARRASSMENT to the country Trump vs. Brandon II will be, but who cares about us?

Either we are with you, or we are against you.

And Trump is going to Make America Great Again ... Again.

You can be a part of this train wreck if you want.

I choose not to be.
