Different People different results. Just with a normal set of jabs the serious harm rate is 7% to 15% according to these sources quoted by Dr Peter McCullouch below. From a simple safety point of view, where there is a serious risk of harm being done, the known safe course of action would be taken. So the correct answer to your question is "YES". No doubt about it. The toughest question Peter McCullough MD has had to face is why many people don’t seem to suffer any adverse effects from the vaccines.
