It's not that I can't trade other things besides index futures. It's that I really don't want to. And I really only trade NQ now. I ran a harmonic screen on NASDAQ the other day. 300 symbols came back, most of them were C points and completed bearish patterns. As I was going through all the charts one thing became clear. They mostly put their lows and bullish patterns in at index lows. So while the index's are just a few mega caps they drag the rest of the market along with them. So why trade anything other than indexes.
