Good evening ski, For the younger generation 7 % is high? In 1983 I signed my second mortgage at 13.3 %. What they are learning is debt no longer pays. The pendulum does indeed swing if you live long enough. In the long run, conservative living - NOT SPENDING ALL YOU MAKE AND SUBSEQUENTLY MAKING SMART INVESTMENTS AND CREATING WEALTH, is how one prospers. When I hear the younger generations declare they want experiences vs. assets, I CRINGE. That's a losers over-nurtured view. IMO It takes a long time to ACCUMULATE WEALTH. The longer you delay it ,the less you have. It simply is the power of compounding! JMHO Bob
