M. I have not looked at Chewy from an investment point of view, yet. But it may a Peter Lynch kind of play.

My wife shops around for dog food and always comes up with Chewy as the best choice. Free shipping over $49 and it arrives same, or next day.

I looked back and we consistently spend about $100 every three months at Chewy going back 3 years.

Just one data point.

CHWY is not a terrible company by any means.

IMO its franchise value is quite high and even capable of further growth.

However, until they get their proliferate, stock-based compensation, of $60mm versus its cash from operations of $90mm in its most recent quarter, under control I'm not a buyer here.
