Joe: It seems to me that bombing Iraq is a certainty with just a matter of when. I have heard so many people say that the market will short term dip when it happens, I am wondering if that event may already be built into investor psychology. I mean, lots of people have posted on various threads saying sold a bit in anticipation of the attack, such that it may be a non-event with most people with respect to their financial decisions. And who knows, maybe the UN guy Anan can pull a rabbit out of a hat and get the inspections back on track.
