Thanks for the tip on TGSK- I looked at it.
On the positive side,
- TGSK has a small outstanding of 6 mil.
- Growing profits
- Growing revenues
- Brand new stock- doesn't have any baggage and could
really take off! See what "brand new" GLFC did the last couple weeks(was one of my CTVM's clients)- watched it go from .15 offer to $3 bid and never did buy any!

On the negative side,
- The huge spread of .68 to $1.06 and very thinly traded
- They say they are reporting- but they don't file
electronically on EDGAR- I couldnt find any docs.

One thing I also didn't like was their getting that
$2 million last month and giving away UNRESTRICTED shares.
First of all if they're cash-flow positive and are expecting
$6 million in profits this year- why dilute the stock with
free-trading shares. And if they did this once, my experience
is that they'll do it again- a lot of companies make a living
by paying the bills with stock.

I'll be watching to see if the spread closes a little.
