hi: i am a venezuelian investor and i am surprised, by the easines people say they KNOW the result of the Crystalex-Plcer dome legal confrontation in the venezuelian Supreme Cort.and that the gooverment is behind and in favor of Crystalex.. that is Bull S.. the real problem is between two branches of the venezuelian goverment one is CVG that gave a contract to Placer Dome the other is The ministery of mines , where Crystalex is holding an old concesion,,( might be valid or might be expired) the supreme court is devided in 3 courts , each one has 5 magistrates all of them are independent from the central power,, in the case of Crystalex..the descision might have to be taken by the 3 courts in SESION CONJUNTA OR PLENA in order to take the descion or ruling the following steps have to be taken:: 1) to be officialy admited the introduction of the papers from the Crystalex 2) in one of the courts ( Sala Politica Administrativa) one of the magistrates has to make a PONENCIA ( a study of the case) 3) The ponente magistrate has to bring it to the other Four for discusions and consideration, amendments. A DATE HAS TO BE SET FOR THAT 4)it goes back to the PONENTE or adjustments, then A DATE HAS TO BE SET FOR A NEW MEETING 5)the magistrate poente makes a pre ruling for a new meeting,, or they decide to take it for the 15 memebers of the supreme court (MOST PROBABLE IN THIS CASE, FOR IT IS A DELICATE SUBJECT.) 6) A NEW DATE HAS TO BE SET I n each of the steps it normaly takes weeks or months,, AND CRYSTALEX DIDNT GO YET, PAST THE FIRST STEP it also is probable for every body just to let it sleep in order to avoid responsabilitis, or to follow the order of introduction of the cases. SOME OF WICH ARE THERE FOR YEARS.. who is pushing the stock??? for what reazon ??? every day i hear about ::"""in the next days there is a rulinG coming out"" is it a traders market (PARADISE) IF YOU WANT ANY INFORMATION PLEASE LET ME KNOW,
