TSLA just filled a gap and hit the 50% decline mark... not sure why $120 is any better than a test of the low at $101...

Musk screwed Tesla shareholders by getting political...
  • Trumpers hate EVs because they burn coal to generate the electrons to charge the batteries and lower demand for their oil stocks.

  • Liberals and/or Progressives hate Musk because he doesn't use expensive Union workers, he doesn't worship Biden, me moved from Taxifornia to Texas to expand and cash in stock gains away from our 13.3% income tax rate.
Early adopters I know love their Teslas for the power & performance, less maintenance, can charge in their garages skipping time at gas stations and usually have second cars for range since they bought them mostly for the subsidized driving in CA HOV lanes as single drivers... the biggest scam on Californians I've seen... Cost was not a big issue other than they often got the government to pay for some of it or they get discounted PG&E rates that saves enough to pay for the lower priced EV leases at one time.

but now I'm seeing so many of them around town that the way to stick out is to drive a cyber truck that is hard to get or buy a much more usable Rivian truck now starting to compete for Range Rovers here.

Given fundamentals and TSLA has yet to have the 95% decline... I won't get interested in it unless it sells off 95% and perhaps has a 1 for 15 reverse split to reset recent investor memories.

FWIW, Saturday is 420... Musk's favorite holiday.
