If I could add a couple of things. I have no interest in going down this rabbit hole though. This filing does not mean that they will do an offering here. Not wise to assume such. This filing is good for two years, so it gives them the option to quickly raise, if needed or wanted. Again, it is possible, but this does not mean a raise is imminent.
