Doing some DD on "shelf registrations", I believe you are correct in your assessment.

Shelf Offering: What It Is, How It Works, Advantages, and Example

Is their a way to find out if ZEN currently has an active Canadian Shelf Registration? I quickly perused the last Sedar Report and could not find anything. I believe the last ZEN PP was a one and done activity. But I could be wrong on this.

You could be right about us already having a shelf facility in Canada.

However if there is, then why is it not used ?

IMHO there is no evidence whatsoever that we have a CDN shelf,but if you have dug up evidence of there being so, please post it for us and we will be obliged to you.
