At least that writeoff was a non-cash item and is water under the bridge. But they're still carrying $4.3+B in goodwill and intangibles. If they shed some businesses, I guess some of that gets written off.

LEG, I haven't really looked at.

From the press release:[UNFI's] Term Loan was initially launched with an indicated interest rate of SOFR + 5.00% to 5.25% [~10%] and a price range of 97 to 98. Final pricing reflects an interest rate of SOFR + 4.75% and an issue price of 98. Hmmm.I guess in line with expectations. Stock up .02 after hours. It's crazy cheap - will it get cheaper?
