Welcome AGORA,

Your timely and strategic association with Sideware is well noted. Hopefully the substance behind Owen's recognition of the Internet as an important tool in achieving their goals includes discussion forums such as this.

"As an emerging software publishing company, we are striving to increase our level of communication with shareholders and the public. Specifically, we recognize the Internet as a very important tool in accomplishing this goal,..."

I look forward to your report.

Although I am currently on the sidelines re: Sideware, having been at one time a rather large investor, and still contemplating re-entry. I will make the following comments, re: AGORA which I have also posted at SH.........I have no problem behind the concept.....Sideware NEEDS PR help.........I do ? the appropriateness of offering 50,000 shares on a two year option basis....To me tends to negate the credibility of the deal, and further enhance opportunities for at least the perception of manipulation, or attempts at same.........Sideware already has the unfortunate distinction of residing on the VSE, which in my book right now, is enough reason for me to "wait and see"......Peace
