Scruff,

I haven't called Siemens or OGI, I've gone with what I can find in print. I have become very suspicious of what anyone says about an investment, if they're not willing to put it in writing. I have read Obertueffer's journal, in an attempt to get that perspective on fonix. I'm not totally opposed to talking to someone inside the company and if I was just about ready to put my money on the line but had a few questions left, I would sometimes do that. But if what I find in writing causes me to be concerned about a company, nothing someone told me on the phone would be sufficient to get me to invest. There's too many good companies out there to invest in; I don't have to let the reassurance of a stranger become a deciding factor for me.

I don't mean to downplay Siemens as a company, they're a great company, but I do question the level of their commitment to fonix. I just do not consider a few million dollars much of a commitment for a multibillion dollar company. I know others see it differently.

What would it take for me to invest in fonix? 1) A great product (preferably several), dominant or with the potential to become dominant in its sector; and 2) good, if not great management. I think that's what I've been saying for awhile now, not just when fonix began to show revenues.

Good luck to you and all the fonix longs, too. I will not be hurt if this stock goes to the moon. At this point, its just an education for me, and the interaction with all of you is part of the educational process for me. Thanks!

Bob

Bob you asked several questions and than stated "And no-one has answered me".

If the answers are available, than your research efforts should have paid off. However, you don't seem to trust what Fonix is saying. Tell me, who can answer your question about staff turnover other than Fonix? Fonix says that the staff is growing with little if any turnover. I haven't heard of a single disgruntled current or former employee. If someone had an axe to grind, they would be on these boards. I haven't seen it or even heard of it. Remember, I live in SLC and this is a pretty small city. According to Fonix, they showed Seimens prototype demos that resulted in Seimens being so excited they gave Fonix a standing ovation. I can't verify it because I wasn't there, but Seimens recent actions seem to suggest they were impressed with something. Don't you agree?

I could be completely wrong, but it appears to me that you were more objective several months ago when Fonix didn't have any partners, didn't have any outside research contracts and had a much bigger market valuation. Could it be that your investment in LHSPF is clouding your objectivity? Can't Fonix co-exist with many other VSR companies? Isn't the pie going to grow sufficiently enough for many players to make money?

Sorry if this seems like an attack, I'm just trying to understand your position.

Marc

<<Don't take this negatively but, some of the answers to your questions were just a phone call away.>>
<<Secondly I believe that you have gathered your research to the best of your ability through online resources and SEC filings.>>
God forbid that someone should go to a source that is mandated by law to be unbiased as opposed to picking up the phone and calling the people who have in the past proven themselves as hype machines.

<<( it seems as if anytime my fingers touch this keyboard late at night I offend someone or my thoughts are misread.)>>
<<I just want to get you thinking...don't want to give out all the covert operation information.>>
Randall, I think that by your late night posting, you have us all thinking. No offense, but do you have a drinking problem? If so, you may want to keep yourself from the computer when you imbibe. It has helped destroy your credibility.

<<Thirdly Scruff has a point about direct interface with the players involved.>>

Right, Scruff implores Dr. White to <<Study all the OGI research since December 12th >>. Any reason for that date? Just one week prior OGI was put on the FONX payrolls. But that's okay Randall because its your money not mine.
