Does it say we can't buy plastic bags on the net, or is this just more of your bullshit? Looks to me like they are telling corporations who do business here what to do.
Businesses provide plastic bags (at 25 cents a pop) as a convenience to the customer. Whether or not I can buy my own plastic bags on the net is irrelevant, and you're smart enough to know that.

Sacramento is basically telling businesses not to provide that choice, because you know, we need to reduce the number of plastic bags ending up in landfills (or ending up as litter).
