TXB is one of the highest rated speculative biotechs. It is ranked 4/118 in its sector by Zacks. It also is rated a strong buy by Zacks. All research reports out rate TXB as a speculative strong buy. The share dilution is not bad at all compared to other developing biotechs. The earnings report was also not bad, and revealed improvement in some areas. It was superior to other biotechs in a similar phase of development. They have one drug that could be approved very soon by the FDA. If so, financing will no longer be an issue.

Bill..I'm a bit confused by the assertion that TXB continues to "disappoint" investors. I pulled up a chart showing it selling at <$2 in 1996. If I'm not mistaken, it just hit a 52 week high. It has a candidate waiting for approval and announced positive Phase2 results in CHF/a "significant" market. As I read your assertion, I wondered if you were referring to TCLN rather than TXB. Best of luck with your short position. I took a small stake last week at 6 1/4. I'll take the other side at this time.

Right, TXB does continue to disappoint "short-selling investors".
You might consider to short INTC or MSFT instead, cause you'll lose less money.
Hope you short more TXB at $8 1/2 next week.
Good luck!
