It never ceases to amaze me how small investors will rush in and throw more money at a management that is actively doing everything in its power to dilute shareholder value. I estimate that over 60% of the capital raised through the numerous stock offerings went directly into the pockets of insiders and stock promoters. Despite the hype and numerous press releases, I believe that TXB will continue its long history of delivering absolutely nothing except more stock. I stand by my short recommendation.
