WIND has started to clean up its' technical act and has been upgraded to neutral from avoid by Second opinion. 207.53.33.62 This lends further credence to the major move's direction being up. We already know that earnings will be at least 2 cents over estimates,so I would be amazed to see the price fall below support here. The next few days probably offer an excellent entry point for those who have strong hearts and understand WIND's potential. Mitch P.S. I said at least 2 cents above estimates because I have not completely accepted the 2 cent limit on beating analyst's estimates.If Dick Kraber has a sense of humor, he might want to throw in an extra penny or two-- it would surely give me a chuckle.
