That question could be raised for any BB stock. However, I believe one reason they go public is because it opens up certain avenues for them. For example, it becomes easier to get financing if they have financials filed with the SEC. When they are private, they don't have to have financials or other necessary documents filed with various sources. Thus, I think it helps them in a variety of ways, I just don't know what, maybe someone out there does.

1. While surfing the other day, I ran across Teardrop Golf (TDRP). I don't own any stock in this company, nor am I in a position to buy any right away -- also, haven't done much DD...........but, they have purchased Ram and Armour. Also, the data available does indicate that they have recently purchased on of the mini-tours in the southeastern US. Therefore, they do appear to be a publicly traded company that has ownership of golf tournaments. Haven't read posts after yours, so hope I'm not duplicating any info.

2. I have never met him, but Rossie has always given me the impression that he is truly a "class act". The loss of Ben is reflected in the price, as the traders feel that this is a profit opportunity.........I believe that the classic concept is itself still a profit opportunity. Rich.
