Good report; I have 25 shares left after selling a good chunk in early 2023. It was a good, profitable ride.

Are you still holding those SOHOB cumulative preferreds? I still have a good chunk of those from buys in 2020 w/ an average cost of $7.88/share. They still have a bunch of dividends in the arrears and SOHO is marginally profitable (positive FCF last 4 quarters!). Think I can get at/above $21. Wonder if SOHO gets acquired? They have some excellent properties

CSSE I fully expect them to go bankrupt this year, if not next month. I’d sell anything you hold of theirs. They’re in default on some of their credit agreements / waivers and they used their grace period for paying their debt back in Jan. Not exactly encouraging.
