Bruce-- A couple of months ago @Home annoumced a marketing strategy that consists of 'word of mouth'. The point was (is) that demand is difficult to accomodate without any advertising. I suspect that our installer, Trent, could attest to staying busy. Basically, ATHM is able to minimize expenses by having folks like us 'advertise' for free. What I recall (subject to lapse) is that the ATHM model anticipated .5% to 2% market penetration (homes) without any marketing. Upon reaching such levels, they assumed that direct marketing could take the figure to about 5%. Regards, Paul
