TM,

Yes, they must read these boards. How else would Ken have "expected" two of my questions? <g>

We will have to have some of the number cruncher types take a look at the financing deal, but it sounded like there was a four month lockup period, and the deal went to THREE investors who hadn't converted any of their other Reg D stock. No Saudi Prince this time. <g>

I didn't understand the $9-$13 conversion price discussion though. Maybe someone can enlighten me.

>>>great job you did ......thanks!
loved the fact that they preempted the frane question- seems like they
must read these boards.<<<<

The .10 special charge was that they probably had to pay a whole team of people to monitor the boards and take phone call from SI posters.

Great job Craig S.

It seems that the new round of financing closed today as not to get investors nervous and have everybody and their mothers , fathers, aunts and uncles short the stock. The dilution factor was minimized this time around and management did a good job in protecting share holder value this time around.

TM,

Several points:

Ken said, "MKII switch and its successors". I tried to get them to elaborate on that, but they wouldn't. I think we can expect to see some additional products along that line.

Did you catch the comment about Sequent? Now, why would they have an NDA, if they weren't still talking to them? Maybe the door is still open a little bit there after all.

Production MKII switches are shipping now. That's good news! We might finally see some MKII revenue in Q1.

It sounded to me like the Litton deal was indeed Joint Armed Forces, but I sure wish they would have offered up a potential revenue number. It also sounded like it was a two part deal, and that they were waiting on part of it to be approved.

I was also relieved to hear that the "special charges" are likely over.
