I posted this question last night but it was at the end of an extremely "Off Topic" post so it was probably skipped over by most: Question for anyone who can answer: I've read the 1998 Stock Option Agreement front to back 2 times and I'm still missing something. Is this agreement, (1) for employees only and it was included in the package as information only so we may vote on its acceptance? or (2) do we, as shareholders, also qualify to enroll in the program and purchase additional shares under the same plan as the employees? - Still Perplexed Pat

While we are on the subject of the packages we all received. Enclosed was the sales piece for Tempest. I know some of you have seen this before, I had not. Let me start by saying that is well put together. I like the 2 blurbs entitled "One money SAVING application would be:" and one money MAKING application would be": Both are written in a realistic mode that any idiot could understand. Just my thoughts

Triton'Temp, There are some buzzards and vultures circling the Launchpad right now, I hope they all clear off before we light the CANDLE. Otherwise, we will have some roasted buzzard meat, along with plenty of crow to feed the saps. Those harpies sure are squawking a lot louder these days, I guess with all the machinery cranking up around hear they are getting drowned out, well it doesn't matter because these are the last chances to load up the Shuttle, because Mission Control is giving the go-ahead and its a just a matter of time until we start the Countdown! Of course, if you are a shareholder it will be the Count Up!<GGGGG> I wonder if we are getting those boosters rockets ready for the Feb 27th, I think Frank will want us to watch with him as we start our separation from the Tower! Just MHO, of course.<GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG>
