Shorty,
You wrote: "Decision to be handed down today according to PDG."
How certain are you of this and where can I confirm?
TIA.

Later,
Irish Jack

Hello shorty:

Is Gold Reserve GLDR the same stock?

I swore I had retired from this forum and would not post again until the dust had cleared, but you my friend have hit new lows. I just cannot let this pass.

Kry has had a bad year.

KRY has gone from about $4 a year ago to $11.40 recently and is currently trading at about $9.75 as I post this. Interesting perspective. I wish all of my stocks had such 'terrible years'. Your ability to do math ASTOUNDS me!

Loosing money on its mining interests.

Well, you might 'loose'n your bowels (something I have little doubt you shorts will soon do) but you 'lose' money. KRY invested a lot of money in upgrading its facility on Albino. Ever hear the phrase "you have to spend money to make money"? Your spelling and analytical abilities ASTOUND me!

... they are still not worth current market cap of approx 300,000,000.

If I may be so bold as to quote Dorothy Atkinson from this morning's Financial Post article on Crystallex: "There's a shift of sentiment going on in favor of Crystallex," said analyst Dorothy Atkinson of Vancouver's Whalen Beliveau & Associates Inc., a past Crystallex underwriter. If the courts back the company, she estimates its shares could climb to the $25 range.

So, on this we agree. KRY is definitely NOT worth the current market cap. It is worth MUCH more. Your evaluation abilities ASTOUND me!

I am curious why no one looks at GLR...

GLR has a lower grade ore than LC. It is inherently less valuable. At current prices, GLR's property will never be economically feasible as a stand-alone project. It is only economic if it is lumped in with the processing of another property with higher grade ore such as LC. Your lack of knowledge of this area ASTOUNDS me!

Decision to be handed down today according to PDG.

How does PDG know this when no one else seems to knows this? Are you implying that the Supreme Court is corrupt and is letting certain individuals know when the ruling is to be released? Your comtempt of Venezuelan institutions ASTOUNDS me!

Hope the Gold Digger gets dumped on.

It is PDG through the CVG through the MEM who STOLE this property from its rightful owners. Who is the thief? Your total lack of knowledge of the history if this property ASTOUNDS me!

In short (pun intended), I find your level of ignorance simply ASTOUNDING!

Have a nice day.

P.S. Someone, a few days ago, wondered why there wasn't a KRY shorters forum. Well, I guess this forum has officially turned into exactly that. Viper and ProTrader, you guys should have a lot of fun with this forum now. Enjoy!

Shorty, you mention GLR a few times, so I hope you don't mind a question about them. Obviously the stock is way off from where it should be, and I get the impression that this is also the result of a bunch of legal uncertainty. Unfortunately the company is not very forthcoming with information in this regard, adding to doubts about the whole situation. The risk/reward on GLR looks better, but the promotion sucks by comparison. You seem to like GLR. What is your take on their legal problems?
All the best, Robert
