If you are so SURE KRY has won why is the stock not up to new highs?
Why is there nothing but sideways action?

Fulvio,
I have been reading all of your posts. I think you are one of the best on this forum as well as SH. I am long on KRY. However,my Italian wife of 32 years is giving me "agita".
But this is the first time I have heard "today". I have asked shorty for further info which he has said he will try to provide.
If he is correct then we will see who is right and who is wrong.
I post this to you because I think that you have a better way of gathering info than I--otherwise I would do more posting.

Later,
Irish Jack

Fulvio:

Dorothy Atkinson's valuation of Crystallex is based on the assets
of the company, assuming the court decision is in KRY's favor,
which the market appears to be suggesting. The sharp correction and
now stabilization of the stock price has not really changed the
direction of the stock which is still headed higher.

Atkinson's valuation of C$25 would probably be attained on an
initial move into the stock by those on the sidelines. Can you
imagine what the 3.8 MILLION SHORTS will do to the stock
under those circumstances? I would estimate another 50 % rise
from that level simply on short covering.

The change in attitude of the MOM towards KRY signals an important
event in this company's quest. It is hard to imagine an outcome
that would be unfavorable to KRY. Nevertheless, the ruling has not
been issued yet, and we'll have to wait for that event.

Regards

Dan
