TokyoMex and others, I've done considerable parallel (and independent) research about this "floor" issue and am convinced of the following based on discussions with folks who know what's going on:

1) The 10QSB is accurate. The "B" shares have a floor, the "A" shares do not...HOWEVER....the holder(s) of the "A" shares are prohibited in writing from shorting RNTK....if they do...they lose their conversion rights. So the "tool" used by less desireable convertible preferred buyers is not availablee to them.

Further:

2) The "A" holders are quality folks, in RNTK because they have great faith in RNTK's future.

I'm convinced that we're safe from the ravages of the convertible preferred vultures, though I admit there's a finite possibility conversion can occur at 0.825x(a price) that we would not like....but I think that's a remote chance.

- The probability that the TX deal will go through is extraordinarily higher....

Best wishes to all,
H.W.

To the Thread: a friend of mine who was having trouble posting asked me to post this for him. He is to be trusted.
