I don't know what was an obstacle in FORE - BAY negotiations,
but BAY definitely is loosing by picking up weaker product from NEC.
What are they thinking about a future? Last time news on NEC ATM product was mentioned on NEC website in the mid of 1996... Hmmm...

If FORE decided to decline OEM offer there was some reason. I hope
we will find it some day.

I agree DOG can visit old hydrant again.

it's too sad to FORE share holders. FORE can not go up
with this general bull market. I think top management of FORE
has to think about that. It's not a question how good is their
products. It's a question how to do their marketing and sales.
If they can not compete with those big guys, why don't just merge
with or be acquired by some big guys.
