Well you heard it here first, aret hopes to have financials out some time next week (never heard that before). Barry told me Delmar needs to write management reports section of the financials so they can go out some time next week. I asked if it was the K or Q's and he couldn't tell me.

I also asked when we could expect some news regarding our deals and he said that "good" news (pl.) is forthcoming but that it would not be fair to the shareholder's at the moment to release the news without the financials being reported first. Agreed. However, I think the most fair action would be to make every concerted effort conceivable to GET THE FINANCIALS OUT NOW! I feel sorry for those who have had to sell at a loss because of Delmar's inaction. Granted there are some extenuating circumstances I'm sure, but this long of delay without any news about ARET's operations is abhorrent.

I also wanted to confirm the use of BW for these next releases to which Barry replied he hoped so, not very comforting. IMO the nonuse of BW on the hydroponics deal cost us dearly. This cannot happen again.

My frustration runs deep but I am far from giving up on aret. A couple of signed deals and we could generate enough new interest here to support much higher levels. I do suggest everyone who has an interest in aret give Barry and/or Delmar at (913) 859-9250 demanding an explanation. This has gone on too long.

FINANCIALS!
