>>> That's not a comment on whether use of the word "rape" to describe what Trump was held liable for is appropriate, legally or as commonly understood by the public.

The jury had two boxes, one was rape, one wasn't. The jury chose the one that wasn't rape.

A person can't be clearer than that. It was NOT rape. And the judge has no right to merely deem it to have been rape after the jury said it wasn't.

But the entire trial was wrong-headed starting with the bogus statute of limitations extension in a deliberate effort to entrap Trump. But the fact that key evidence was not admitted is a problem, too.

I think this trial likely has a very long way go yet.

Your honor, I clearly did not rape this woman.

I merely pinned her against a wall and forced my fingers up her vagina.

She cried for me to stop but I had the right to do it since I'm famous... I moved on her like a bitch.

It's so unfair for anyone to call me a rapist... But for some reason my fans appreciate these leadership qualities I possess... In fact I could rape someone and then shoot them in the middle of 5th Ave and they would worship me as GOD.
