George just called me back. Nice enough guy. He is sending me the 120 page business plan as well as the press release regarding the British company as soon as he has it. He says it is going out this week. Magazine will not be shipped until march due to "overwhelming advertising demand. Will release news upon shipment. Says British company is "merging" with MEGW and bringing other companies into the fold. Claims once merger is done they will file for Nasdaq listing but didn't seem to be familiar with listing requirements. Said company's value will be in excess of Nasdaq requirement. We'll see.
