Not likely. Trump's lawyers challenged the election results 60 times in court. They lost. You cannot pressure officials to change the vote of the people, and no future Presidents should not be able to coerce officials to break the law either.

In fact, if you ignore the media’s coverage and focus instead on what Rogan actually believes, he’s a liberal man who “identifies” as a conservative man.
