Craig: If you had bought CYMI last August, you might not be so thrilled with management. I don't know ... maybe the stock is low enough now to be ripe for a take over, and that could put them out of work. It might also help some shareholders recover some of their losses. Who is being helped by a poison pill?

Check the CA - CSC example ... CSC jumped from 90 to ~115 on offer and was down over 5 today.
