Ed, I don't think any of the previous shareholders knew what was going on. It was a $2 oil & gas company. Did a 1:3 reverse split. Lots bailed. Price dropped. Then biz.yahoo.com

Then the price crashed overnite. Even the address includes "_dives_". Dives meant divest, but it turned out predictive anyway.

For the latest info call MARSHA @ 407 354-3333 she might even have info on their web site.

Bob Stone @ 212 922-0900 is the PR guy. Since the 10QSB was filed on 02-17 we should be rid of the oil & gas and ready to move on the Timeshare business.

Ed, then there was the delisting hearing for dropping below $1 for 30 days and the divesting of oil & gas properties not being complete and the last straw, being DELISTED. Dan Boyar told me one time how much personal money he had invested here and that his intention was not to double it but to ten times it. The project has real potential and if he can pull it off to our benefit rather than at our expense everyone will forget the past 6 months.
