The actual numbers for the convertible securities was 3.178 million shares at $18.875....6.75% interest due in the year 2005. That makes the damage less likely. That's a bargain for ATVI at today's stock price. I think I found a reason for the downward bias on ATVI stock. Based on an SEC filing yesterday, there is 1.1 million shares of ATVI stock coming onto the market in a private offering related to the Raven acquisition. Apparently, Brian and Steven Raffel of Raven, as well as their legal entourage, are selling their stock. See filing 424B3 at edgar.com. Tom C.
