let's go back to basis, I'm just curious to know the opinion, of the LONGS specially, about the service itself of the company from a "CUSTOMER" point of view. I bought two computers (which I sold) and couple of software (I'm a bargain hunter as one might say), and each time I was very disappointed not from ONSL themselves but from the actual retailer (most of them are start up or small retailers with no proven credentials). besides ONSL never tell you ahead who you're buying from and I don't blame them since I believe that's part of their profits. For some reason and again from a customer view they don't seem professional(what ever that mean)a like say AMZN or YHOO.. .On one occasion, I had to wait MORE THAN A MONTH to receive my product. I'm definitly not using them again.
Is it just me or someone else has experienced the same problem?I really like to know.
P.S. Shorted and got out on the same day for a small profit to short AMZN at the close.
