Henry & Brian - What LGND is doing here is rather typical of a tech company getting ready for it's production and sales phase. I have seen it several times, in SEPR, in IDPH, in AGPH and others. You simply don't bring such professionals on board (or promote to the higher levels) until production and sales are reasonably visible, otherwise you are wasting stockholder's wealth. Consequently, the conjecture that these personnel announcements are good news, is not only reasonable, but well supported by historical patterns seen in other developing companies. Regards, wtd
