Hi John,

I have put Hardy board siding on both my homes in Houston and my school building in Wisconsin.

Now doing my home in Wisconsin. Best product I've ever seen. Then bury it in Sherwin Williams polymer paint "Duration".

My parents loved cedar siding and have replaced the entire outside twice.

Woodpeckers knock the eyes out of the cedar knots chasing japanese beetles who hide behind the siding.

By this time next year, I'll be over those nasty bugs!

Bob

IMO Andersen Windows are a rip-off. Their quote was about double what a local installer did for windows from SunWindows.com which are a phenomenal product. They are casement windows and extremely tight...not only for air but also noise. I could not believe the difference they made in noise reduction.
